Veteran's Program Coordinator

At Hospice of Yuma, we recognize the unique experiences and needs of our nation’s Veterans. Our specialized Veteran services provide compassionate support to Veterans and their families throughout their hospice journey. We assist with navigating and applying for Veteran benefits, connect Veterans with valuable community resources, and offer meaningful Vet-to-Vet companionship visits that foster camaraderie, understanding, and emotional support. Our team is committed to honoring each Veteran’s service by providing personalized care that respects their experiences, values, and sacrifices.
