Many people derive great satisfaction from knowing that they will leave the world a better place. Almost everyone has the ability to make a gift to help others, financially, culturally or emotionally. Every gift of every size makes a difference. Because Hospice of Yuma is a nonprofit 501 c (3) organization, tax benefits may amplify the value of your gift. A gift through your will or trust, designating a specific amount or percent, specific property, or anything left over after providing adequately for your family is appreciated.
When you make a gift to Hospice of Yuma in your trust or will you can recognize someone who has made a difference in your life. You may also wish to make your gift for a specific purpose or cause, such as...
- The Hospice of Yuma General Building Fund
- The Hospice of Yuma Hospice House Building Fund
- For Hospice of Yuma patients with a particular illness
Leaving a Legacy is easy. Think about why you would like to leave a legacy and consider consulting a professional advisor to help you decide:
- Which property to use (cash? stock? real estate? insurance?)
- Which method to use (will? trust? beneficiary designation? remainder trust? gift annuity?)
- How to take maximum advantage of the tax benefits for you and your family.
