Description of problem: Hello Genevieve, the reason why "unknown" populates is because the diagnosis codes need to be regrouped. TO do this, navigate to Diagnosis maintenance and press the Groups button. Answer yes to re-synchronize the groups. This process may take a few minutes and the Suncoast screen may turn white and unresponsive but it really is working. A system notification message will appear upon completion. Run the Utilization Trends Analysis again.
